Refund & Cancellation Policy – AstroGuideBook.com

AstroGuide provides personalized digital reports prepared individually for each customer based on the information they submit.

Since this is a customized digital service, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds are NOT provided in the following cases:
 

  • Incorrect birth details provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after payment

  • Wrong report selection

  • Delayed submission of form

  • Expectation of specific outcomes or predictions

  • Request for cancellation after work has started

  • Customer dissatisfaction with interpretation or guidance

  • “Accidental” purchase or wrong email input
     

✔ The ONLY situations where refunds may be issued:

Refund will be considered only if:

1️⃣ The payment was deducted but not received by AstroGuide
2️⃣ The customer was charged twice
3️⃣ A confirmed technical failure occurred during payment

 

In all such cases, proof of payment is required.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
